Wireless Broadband Promotion starting 25 July 2022

  1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Wireless Broadband Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
  2. This promotion is available to new 2degrees customers only.
  3. If you:
    1. have a 2degrees Pay Monthly Mobile Plan (all good Kiwis do); and
    2. sign up to a 2degrees 300GB Wireless 4G, 600GB Wireless 4G or Unlimited Wireless 5G Plan on a 12 month term between 25 July 2022 to 22 January 2023 (Promotion Period), you will only pay the following monthly fee for your first year (as applicable):

Unlimited Wireless 5G $55
  1. The monthly prices above prices in clause 3 above:
    1. include our $10 Pay Monthly/Broadband bundle discount; and
    2. you will be charged $299 if you do not return your modem to us when you leave; and
    3. excludes Pay Monthly mobile plan Charges and any other charges, including overage, add-ons, rental modem shipping charges, calling plans or services.
  2. In some instances, the discounted price might not apply until your second bill.
  3. After your first year, usual monthly plan Charges apply.
  4. In relation to our 300GB Wireless 4G and 600GB Wireless 4G Plans:
    1. you will be subject to an early termination charge of up to $199 if you end your plan before the end of your 12 month term, as further set out in the Wireless Broadband Terms and Conditions.
    2. you will be charged $699 if you do not return your modem to us when you leave; and
  5. In relation to our Unlimited Wireless 5G Plan:
    1. you will be subject to an early termination charge of up to $299 if you end your plan before the end of your 12 month term, as further set out in the Wireless Broadband Terms and Conditions; and
    2. you will be charged $299 if you do not return your modem to us when you leave.
  6. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
  7. This offer is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited and Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
  8. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
  9. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 3 above.
