Trade In selected smart phones to purchase a new phone on Interest Free with eligible Plan only. When you trade in your phone at a 2degrees store, the value of your Traded in phone will be deducted from the Interest Free balance of your new phone purchase at sign up. If you Trade-in through 2degrees online, the value of your Traded in phone will be credited to your bank account once it is accepted by our Trade-in partner, Moorup. Pay Monthly and Power bundle discount
If you are a 2degrees Pay Monthly mobile customer and sign up to a 2degrees Broadband Plan after 20th July 2026 on the same account, you are entitled to a $5 discount on your 2degrees Broadband Plan monthly charge (“$5 Bundle Discount”). Only one $5 Bundle Discount per 2degrees Pay Monthly mobile customer. If you are on a Pay Monthly Group Plan, only the main account holder of the Group Plan is eligible for the $5 Bundle Discount. Other members on the same Group Plan will not be eligible for the discount. Your 2degrees Mobile Phone Number needs to be loaded into My 2degrees to be able to activate the $5 Bundle Discount. - 2degrees offers a range of broadband options including Fibre, Wireless 4G and 5G, VDSL and ADSL, depending on your location.
- Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited Wireless Broadband.
- Broadband speeds can be impacted by your modem’s performance, the number of devices connected to your modem, server location, your device settings, and your WiFi setup.
- Wireless broadband speeds can be impacted by the distance between your modem and a cell site, the level of usage of a particular cell site by others, and network capability.

- You can also check your personal broadband data usage through our app or online at My 2degrees. Depending on your usage, you can then decide if you want to switch plans.
- If your plan includes a modem from us, it will be capable of delivering the speeds we advertise for the plan you’ve chosen. But we cannot make the same guarantees if you choose to bring your own modem.
- If you choose to add a landline to your broadband plan, you can bring your existing landline number with you. This applies even if you are switching from a copper line connection to a VoIP connection. Alternatively, you can also ask for a new landline number to be assigned to your 2degrees account.
- Wireless Broadband uses different technology than Fibre Broadband. For any 3rd party service that requires broadband such as medical alarms, security alarms or any service that requires a fixed landline, we recommend you check with your provider to ensure it is compatible with Wireless Broadband before signing up to this service.
- We have specific responsibilities for the marketing of broadband via codes set by NZ Telecommunications Forum. You can find more about these codes on the TCF website. If you don’t think we’ve done a great job, or met these responsibilities, let us know via our our complaints process.

Delivery:
Please note that we can only deliver purchases from the Online Shop to physical addresses in New Zealand, this doesn’t include PO Boxes or Private Bags. Once you’ve submitted your order, we’ll email you confirmation and a track and trace number, so that you can follow your delivery. Auckland addresses should receive their order the ‘next working day’. For addresses outside of Auckland, delivery of your items could take up to two working days. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery times, this means we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery. Before couriers are able to hand over your order, they require a signature. Please ensure you have submitted an address where someone is able to sign for you, if you’re not there, they may leave a card for you to call them to rearrange delivery. If the item is marked as delivered but somehow you have not received the item, please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 022 022 and we will do our best to lodge an investigation with courier post. Returns:
Faulty or incorrect items:
If for any reason the handset or SIM card we send you isn’t exactly what you ordered, or turns out to be faulty, please contact us on 0800 022 022 as soon as possible and we’ll send you a postage-paid courier bag so you can send the order back to us. Please ensure all of the packaging that came with the device, is returned in the courier bag. If somehow the device we sent you turns out to be faulty as soon as you open it up then we will replace it for you at no cost. Just call us within 7 days of purchasing your device on 0800 022 022 and we will send you a courier bag so you can return it. Change of mind:
In the instance you have changed your mind, or you wish to cancel a Plan, please see the ‘Change your Mind Guarantee’ section in the full terms and conditions.
Manufacturer's warranty:
If the device you purchased from us stops working at some point during the applicable manufacturer's warranty period, just call us on 0800 022 022 and we will let you know how you can return the device for repair. Warranty claims are also subject to the other terms and conditions that you’ll find in the manufacturer’s warranty that you’ll get with your handset. If you need to send a mobile device back for repair or replacement, there is the chance you might permanently lose any contacts, ringtones, messages, games or other downloads that you have saved into your handset. 2degrees isn’t responsible for any loss of data from your handset in the case of repair or replacement.
