Energy and Broadband Bundle Discount

If you have Power and Broadband with 2degrees on the same account, you may be eligible for a:  

1. 10% monthly discount off your Power rates (daily rate plus usage rate per kWh) (10% Bundle Discount); and   
2. $10 monthly discount off your Broadband standard charges ($10 Bundle Discount).

3. Business customers are not eligible for the 10% Bundle Discount.  
4. The 10% Bundle Discount does not apply to customers who have signed up to a Power plan (and have existing or new Broadband plan) between 1 August and 2 November 2025, in which case the archived Energy and Broadband Bundle Discount Terms found here shall continue to apply until we notify you otherwise.   

General   

1. The 10% Bundle Discount and $10 Bundle Discount will be automatically removed if you end your Broadband Plan and / or Power on your account.   
2. The 10% Bundle Discount and $10 Bundle Discount do not apply to any additional or one-off charges (including charges set out in the Schedule of Fees in the Energy Terms and Conditions – Energy and for Broadband, any non-standard installation fees or connection fees).  
3. For the avoidance of doubt, 2degrees offers a separate Pay Monthly mobile discount for customers who have Pay Monthly and Broadband on the same account. This means that if you have Power, Broadband and Pay Monthly all on the same account, you will receive the 10% Bundle Discount, $10 Bundle Discount and a $5 Pay Monthly mobile discount (if you signed up to a Broadband plan post 20^th July 2026).
