Energy and Broadband Bundle Discount
If you have Power and Broadband with 2degrees on the same account, we may offer you a 10% monthly discount off your Power rates (daily rate plus usage rate per kWh) (Bundle Discount). Business customers are not eligible for the Bundle Discount.
The Bundle Discount will be automatically removed if you end your Broadband Plan and you will be liable for your total Power rates.
The Bundle Discount does not apply to:
- customers who have signed up to a Power plan (and have existing or new Broadband plan) between 1 August and 2 November 2025, in which case the archived Energy and Broadband Bundle Discount Terms found here shall continue to apply until we notify you otherwise;
- any additional, one – off charges as set out in the Schedule of Fees in the 2degrees Energy Terms and Conditions – Energy (including, but not limited to, disconnection and reconnection fees); and
- any non-Power charges such as Broadband Plan or Add-On charges.
For the avoidance of doubt, 2degrees offers a separate Pay Monthly Mobile Discount for customers who have Pay Monthly and Broadband on the same account. This means that if you have Power, Broadband and Pay Monthly all on the same account, you will receive the Bundle Discount (as defined above), and a $10 Pay Monthly Mobile Discount on your Broadband Plan (which relates to your Pay Monthly and Broadband Plan).
