Christmas Prezzy Card Campaign 2023
- These terms and conditions apply to the 2degrees Christmas Prezzy Card Campaign 2023 (Competition) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited, Level 2, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand (2degrees).
- The Competition begins on the 30th of October 2023 and ends on the 7th of February 2024 (Competition Period).
- To be eligible for the Competition you must:
- be a NZ resident;.
- be at least 18 years old;
- purchase any Business Mobile Connect or Choice Plan or Business Broadband Plan during the Competition Period and you are automatically in the draw to win.
- be authorised to enter the Competition on behalf of your company;
- not be an employee or contractor of 2degrees or its related entities.
- Valid connections are eligible to go into the draw to win one of 1,000 $100 Prezzy cards (each Prezzy Card is a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”).
- One entry per Business account.
- 2degrees will randomly select one winner of each Prize on 16th February 2024 (“The Winners”). The Winners will not be notified by email/phone but will instead receive the Prize at the address they provided on the sign-up form.
- The Prizes are not negotiable, transferrable, or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
- By entering the Competition, you agree that 2degrees may collect, hold, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to conduct the Competition.
- 2degrees’ decisions on all matters regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 2degrees reserves the right, acting reasonably, to extend, change, or terminate all or part of the Competition at any time without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, 2degrees excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of entering into the Competition.
