Business Link Plan Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our standard Business Terms and Conditions and the Business Account Terms and Conditions and will prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Capitalised terms not defined below have the meaning given to them in the Business Terms and Conditions and the Business Account Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices stated exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

4. A Team Member who is authorised to do so under your Business Account may sign up to a Business Link Plan in accordance with these terms and conditions.            

Business Link Plan

5. You can set up a Business Link Plan under an eligible Business Account but it must be connected to an active Plan eligible for Team Share (Team Share Plan) or Shared Data (Shared Data Plan)services (or other Business Plan as may be advised by us from time to time).

6. A Business Link Plan does not include any minutes, text or data benefits. You will be charged our standard rates calling, texting or using data in New Zealand, international calling, and any rates that apply for overseas roaming.  You will find our standard rates published on our website at  https://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/termsofuse/mobile/standard-rates/pay-monthly-business/.

For a Business Link Plan connected to a Team Share Plan:

7. You may have up to 3 Business Link Plans connected to a Team Share Plan under your Business Account at any one time.

8. Our standard Team Share Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Team Share services, including a $25 (incl. GST) charge each Billing month (or part month) for each Plan connected to the Team Share Plan.

For a Business Link Plan connected to a Shared Data Plan:

9. You may have up to 5 Business Link Plans connected to a Shared Data Plan under your Business Account at any one time.

10. A monthly charge as advised to you at sign-up applies for any Business Link Plan that is connected to a Shared Data Plan under your Account for Shared Data services only.  This charge does not apply if the same Business Link Plan is also using Team Share services.

11.Our standard Shared Data Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Shared Data services.

General

12. We reserve the right to terminate any Business Link Plan under your Business Account that ceases to be connected to a Team Share Plan or Shared Data for Sharing services.
